The Property crooner released the official documentary for his latest album – “Lagos to London”.
Rave of the moment, “Uncle London” who you rather know as Mr Eazi, has garnered over 79 million streams on his Lagos To London mixtape.
Mr Eazi who unveiled the documentary to for the album, announced he has gotten over 79,071,802 streams and counting, since the album’s release. He posted via Instagram saying; 79+ Million STREAMS and counting. Thats how many times you guys have listened to tracks from the new mixtape ‘Lagos to London’ Thank you for coming on this journey with me #Zagadat
Lagos To London, which was released on the 9th of November, 2018 garnered 20 million streams on Spotify in its first few days of release.
Meanwhile, Eazi unveiled a new program emPawa, which seeks to help upcoming artistes in Africa.

In the documentary, the Banku music singer appears to take the focus away from himself, and show off the people who worked behind the scenes on the project.
“I want to shed some light on how music is consumed in Nigeria,” Mr. Eazi tells Rolling Stone.
“The world needs to know that the music scene in Lagos isn’t just afrobeats — there’s afropop, alternative music, there’s a dance scene.”
After exploring different genres of Nigerian music, the Lagos to London film traces afrobeats’ gradual infiltration of London, which is described as “the backyard of Lagos.”
The trailer also highlights the story behind the cultural evolution of music from Lagos to London through the eyes of trailblazers from both cities.
