Kanye West Votes For Himself In 2020 Presidential Election

Kanye West voted for the first time ever under his political party ‘The Birthday Party’ but it appears the rapper would have to wait a bit longer, as he received only 60,000 votes in US Presidential race.

The rap mogul took to Twitter to admit his defeat in the election and also shared his intention to take part in the 2024 US election.

He wrote: “WELP KANYE 2024.” Earlier in the day, he had tweeted that he was voting for the first time in his life and of course he was voting for himself.

God is so good Today I am voting for the first time in my life for the President of the United States, and it’s for someone I truly trust…me.

According to Associated Press statistics, Kanye proved to be the most popular in Tennessee, where he managed to win 10,195 votes but that was only about 0.4% of any state’s total vote. He ran as an independent.

Kanye voted in Wyoming where he owns a huge ranch and spends most of his time working on several projects including merch, housing and music.

Kanye West’s celebrity wife, Kim Kardashian, did not appear to be supporting his bid. She has given no public endorsements of her husband and on Tuesday she retweeted a message about voter hot lines from Democratic vice-presidential contender Kamala Harris.
