Solidstar claims his hometown doesn’t support his music

Deltans don’t show love and support to their entertainers – Solidstar says

Solidstar has just reminded fans of the popular saying: a savior is not known in his hometown.

The Afrobeat singer, whose real name is Joshua Iniyezo, is of the opinion that natives of Delta state, his home state do not show support to entertainers from the state like the Igbos and Yorubas support entertainers from their region.

The singer who is from the Isoko speaking part of the state, stated this via his Twitter handle not too long ago.

He wrote;

It’s a shame that Deltans have no regard nor respect for their entertainers like the Igbos x Yoruba’s #Nolove,, should be the reason why we don’t come home! Respect and support ur exports!.”

This is coming shortly after he made a comeback with a spanking new single accompanied with a video dubbed – ALA.
