Meek Mill was arrested and charged with assault on Wednesday at St. Louis International Airport after getting into a fight with an employee who wanted to take a picture with him.
Airport police were called and Meek, along with 2 airport employees, got charged with misdemeanour assault and are set to appear in court in lieu of the arrest.
Meek Mill who is currently on probation for weapons and drugs conviction could possibly be in more trouble if the Judge sees this assault as a violation of the terms of his probation.
The employee in question, Justin Card, said he asked to take a photo with Meek but got shot down. He admits to throwing some shade at the rapper in disappointment, and that was the cause of the fight.
Card described the tense moment when he says he saw team Meek coming for him and felt he had to defend himself. His cousin, De’Angelo Webb, also got in the mix.
