The highlights include when African-American actress Viola Davis made history as the first black actor to win an Oscar, Tony and an Emmy and Mahershala Ali became the first Muslim actor to win an Oscar award.

Another unforgettable moment was when La La Land is wrongly named as winner of Best Picture which led to an ‘OOPS!’ moment as rightful winner, Moonlight was announced and they came on stage to accept their award. However, La La Land was the biggest winner of the night as it bagged six Oscars, followed by Moonlight which got 3.
